21+ Verified → proceed
The credential proves the holder is 21 or older. Continue with the transaction or entry as normal.
Documentation
A staff member at the checkpoint, an installer on site, and an administrator in the portal. Detailed runbooks and the full documentation package are issued with a pilot; this page is the public shape of them.
01 · Operator guidance
This is genuinely the whole training. If it took longer than this, it would not survive a Friday night.
The credential proves the holder is 21 or older. Continue with the transaction or entry as normal.
The credential answers that the holder is not 21 or older. Follow your venue’s refusal procedure; the verifier does not tell you what that is.
The check could not complete trustworthily. Use your existing manual age check. This is not a soft pass and must never be treated as one.
The patron keeps their phone throughout — never take it. The result clears itself, so there is nothing to close and no history to scroll. And a patron without a mobile ID is not a problem: your normal procedure covers them, exactly as it does today.
02 · Deployment guidance
Device records created in the portal and bound to the correct location. Single-use activation codes issued. The signed release staged through your established device-management workflow.
Confirm the checkpoint posture and a charging position. Install, activate with the single-use code, and confirm configuration has been retrieved.
Confirm the device appears in Fleet Health with a first heartbeat, then verify a real credential at the real counter. A device that is merely online is not a finished install.
Walk the shift lead through the three outcomes and the fallback, and confirm the written fallback procedure is where staff can find it.
03 · Administrator guidance
Site profiles, installer procedures, and staff quick-reference material are issued as part of deployment support.
